Clear Light Coaching Agreement Form
This Coaching Agreement (the "Agreement") is made and entered into by and between [Coach Name] ("Coach") and [Client Name] ("Client") on the date of electronic signature below.
1. Purpose and Scope
The purpose of this Agreement is to set forth the terms and conditions under which Coach will provide coaching services to Client. Coaching is a partnership between Coach and Client, and is designed to help the Client achieve personal and/or professional goals. Coach will use a variety of tools and techniques to help the Client identify and achieve these goals.
2. Term and Termination
This Agreement shall commence on the date of electronic signature below and shall continue until terminated by either party. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, for any reason, by giving written notice to the other party.
3. Fees and Payment
